⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Real Estate Agent Who Gets Results! I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Robert Hoffman. Selling my home was a big step in my life, and the process came with its share of challenges. Having the right real estate agent made all the difference. Robert helped guide the sale from listing to closing, and I truly appreciate his professionalism, hard work, and dedication throughout the process. Selling a home isn’t always easy, and having someone there to help navigate the process and keep things moving forward means a lot. At the end of the day, the house was sold, the closing was completed, and I was able to move forward to the next chapter of my life. For that, I’m extremely grateful. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will work with you to get your property sold, I highly recommend Robert Hoffman. Thank you, Robert, for helping make this happen. I genuinely appreciate everything you did! Five stars, without hesitation!Posted on Google

Antonique Geiger347 days agoRobert Hoffman did a phenomenal job as our realtor. He was responsive, answered all of my questions (and there were plenty), and made the sale of our home go quickly and smoothly. He was caring about our wants and needs, and made sure that I was comfortable with every decision that was made. He was patient with helping me to understand all of the formal paperwork, and so much more. If I had to purchase or sell another home in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him. Great service.Posted on Google

Angela Fresolone499 days agoRobert Hoffman is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. Robert was very professional from our first meeting to our last. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and highly experienced in the real estate marketplace. His kindness and leadership are a gift to his clients. Robert went above and beyond; when an unexpected issue arose with a merchant one day before the closing, Robert took it upon himself and went out of his way to visit the merchant to resolve the issue, ultimately the closing process was smooth and stress-free. Working with Robert was an absolute pleasure. I am very grateful to have chosen Robert as my Real Estate Agent. I highly recommend Robert Hoffman to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Pennsylvania area. Thank you Robert for making my selling experience a rewarding and satisfying experience. Jolie Shamlian520 days agoI have absolutely no hesitation in writing that Robert is a wonderful realtor, with all of the qualities you’d want in a person who is guiding you in making such an enormous decision. He is honest and ethical and will walk through a house, giving you his advice—even though it doesn’t necessarily favor the house. In other words, he will point out the flaws as well as the highlights! He is enormously patient. He visited many homes with us and never made us feel as if we were asking too much. Also, early in the process, he sat down with us and we identified exactly what we wanted, location and cost. Then, he entered the info into a database which was instrumental in helping us locate our property. While working with Robert, I always got the sense that , above all, he wanted us to find the right house for us. And he was willing to do whatever it took to get us there. If you are searching for a home in the Poconos and vicinity, I strongly recommend you reach out to Robert. When you do, you will find yourself in the very best hands.Posted on Google

mhwalters62589 days agoRobert is very attentive to details, responsive in a timely manner, and easy to work with. I have really appreciated Robert’s attention to detail, and his energetic and proactive attention to my properties. He has seized on opportunities to conduct open houses, and has followed up aggressively with all parties who have shown an interest in my properties. Another area where Robert has been very helpful is keeping me apprised of all activities in the local market. This has been most helpful in continuing monitoring of the local market and making sure my properties are competitively and appropriately priced. Another area where Robert has exceeded expectations is providing assistance to me in connection with my research and analysis of local property values for purposes of my meetings and discussions with the local property tax authorities. Time and again he his assisted me, on short notice, in extracting and analyzing historical sales, and continuing developments in the local market.Posted on Zillow
jdblumenreich2879 days agoRobert was educated in the market and took the time to seek feedback on each home we viewed so he could understand and meet our needs. His dedication toward finding the perfect house for us was clear. He was proactive in finding homes for us to view, not just relying upon us to find homes online. During the closing process, he and his staff served as a great resource making the process as smooth as possible for a home closing. He truly was an easy going, diligent, and respectful broker.Posted on Zillow
briangabelman2880 days agoOur experience with Robert couldn't have been more pleasant with the purchase of a second home. Robert was extremely diligent during the full process from start to finish and very knowledgeable about the area. Since we weren't very familiar with the area it was very helpful for us to have someone like Robert to help guide us through the process to make the right decision. Also after the fact Robert was still available to help. Even though the sale had already gone through and Robert had collected his commissions Robert's work didn't stop there. On multiple occasions Robert took time out of his busy schedule to meet people at our property to help with the removal of some furniture. We would highly recommended Robert if you are thinking about purchasing a new home in the Pocono's.Posted on Zillowfhaknasar3405 days agoRobert was very knowledgeable to presenting the facts about the home and the vicinity.
